Walmarts NEW Coupon Policy!!

WOW!  Walmart is finally catching on!  They have released a NEW coupon policy that is FANTASTIC.  Now, if the stores will just abide by it.

I would definitely print a copy of this to take with me on a coupon trip to Walmart!

Here are the BEST changes:

• Coupons may exceed the price of the items.  Change may be given or applied to the cost of the basket purchase.   (That means they will give us OVERAGE!!!  Sweet!)
• Walmart will accept competitors coupons that feature a specific item for a specific price.  (They will not accept competitors "cents off" or "percentage off" coupons.)
• Walmart will accept checkout coupons (catalinas) that print at competitors registers as long as they meet certain requirements.

So, what do you think?  Is it a better coupon policy?  And if it is a better coupon policy, do you think stores will be more coupon friendly now?  Or less?
