I found a wonderful organization that is helping our troops, Coupons To Troops.

Did you know that overseas military families are able to use coupons that are expired, up to 6 months past their expiration?

Coupons to Troops' goal is to to get coupons right into the hands of those military families as quickly as possible. Coupons to Troops will match you to a family overseas that needs your coupons. You don't mail your coupons to someone who sorts them and then sends them overseas, you mail them directly to the family that needs them. This gets the coupons in their hands faster!

And you'll know that your coupons are being received and that they are appreciated since you have that one-on-one contact with the family you are sending to. And best of all, there is no additional cost to send the coupons directly overseas, as it is the same exact postage cost as if you were mailing across town.

Not much time left on 11x20 canvas print deal!

Each week Momondealz brings you a craft that is fun, educational, and frugal. For the remainder of July and August, I be concentrating on preschool and kindergarten skills. This week marks the anniversary of the day that man first walked on the moon (July 20th is Moon Day) so I thought making a rocket ship sounded like a great idea!

Materials:
Paper Towel Roll
Red Construction Paper
Aluminum Foil
Tape and Scissors

Directions:
1. The adult should cut 4 slits in one end of the paper towel roll. Space them evenly around the roll and make each slit about 2 inches.

I know this was last week's sale and I hate sharing things that you can't do anymore, BUT this was SO Awesome, I just HAD to share! I hope you don't mind!

I got everything in this picture:

My total OOP (including tax!) was $15.71 AND I ended up with $8 ECBs left!!! (I did a couple transactions so I rolled some of my ECBs but still ended up with $8 left over)

Another successful coupon trip to Walmart!

I spent $5.76 on all this last week!

The t-shirt was $1.00 after coupon. ($5 off from All You - expired)

The batteries were 97c each. I used $1/2 Rayovac Alkaline or Hearing Aid Batteries, exp. 7/31/11 (SS 06/05/11) and paid $2.82 for all of them.

The Danonino's were 97c after $1/1 Dan-o-nino Dairy Snack, exp. 7/31/11 (SS 06/05/11) coupons.

I spent less on all 9 items than the shirt cost at regular price!
